I have a dual monitor configuration.
Monitor One is connected via HDMI > HDMI.
Monitor Two uses HDMI (Monitor) > DP (VGA).
The issue is with my current splitter.
Whenever I attempt to play games, the second monitor turns off (black screen), and sometimes it comes back on again, or when I press alt + tab, it reappears.
I changed the cable but the problem persists.
My question is: what might be causing this? Could it be the VGA, the PSU, or one of the monitors?
My specifications are as follows:
PSU LUX 550W
Radeon RX 6600
Ryzen 5 5600X
32GB RAM

VGA is the outdated analog video link used by certain monitors. If you reverse the arrangement of your displays with the matching cables, does the issue shift?

If I exchange the cable for the other monitor, yes.
For instance:
Monitor Two
Connected via HDMI → HDMI
Monitor One
Connected using HDMI (Monitor) → DP (VGA)
The issue shifts to Monitor One, which is connected through the splitter

I believe the issue lies with the monitor, since using the splitter, though I'm not certain because others suggest it could be the PSU. However, if it's related to the monitor, it seems to occur only during gameplay or when full load is applied.

Are your monitors equipped with a built-in DP port? The device you're connecting might be the cause.
How warm are your graphics card (video card) when not running and under heavy use?
What resolution are both screens set to?
Are you adjusting any settings (CPU, GPU, memory)?

Apologies for the delayed reply, I've been occupied with work.
My monitor lacks a native DP port, and I attempted to purchase a new DP adapter, using three different cables.
During regular use (primarily 20-30 tabs while streaming YouTube and using VS Code), the system performs well—though it's affected by GPU usage.
When fully loaded (with Funmark), it shuts off immediately with a black screen, and the GPU temperature reaches 70°C within the first 30 seconds.
I haven't overclocked anything on my system.

If the PSU fails under full load, I anticipate both screens going dark. As only one does, it points to an issue with the adapter. The resolutions and frequencies of the two displays remain unchanged.
