I attempted to use service.msc, restarted the computer, performed indexing, updated drivers, and applied a Windows update for Intel i7 4770k with AMD RX 580 24 GB on Windows 10. I have reliable Wi-Fi connectivity. When switching users, the issue resolved temporarily but reverted when returning.

I resolved it, I restarted my computer but didn’t complete the setup lol
