Normally after a few minutes without playing games, my screen flashes like it's updating the graphics card and flickers a couple of times before stopping. Sometimes there are still small glitches. You can see this in the video because these issues mostly happen when the graphics card uses no power at all.

You have drivers that are current, but they might still be broken or corrupted. First, go get the drivers yourself from the official website without using any third-party tools. Check carefully to make sure you really downloaded them directly from the maker's site because a fake URL might look real but isn't actually theirs.
