Whether I use Alt + Tab or manually exit the game, my screen just goes to black (I guess closer to gray if it matters) and nothing I do, alt tab, control alt delete, will fix it, except for resetting my pc. The computer still works though, as music and skype calls will be unaffected, and the lights on my pc dont turn off, so it's just my screen. Don't see why it would be the monitor, as it ONLY happens when I do what i previously said, and anything else I plug it into (such as my Xbox) will never encounter the problem, so I doubt its the monitor. I've tried to delete and reinstall drivers, but that doesn't seem to fix it. The only game this doesn't happen in is Undertale, I assume due to its incredibly low graphic quality. Here's a link to my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dXyGnn Any help would be appreciated

This occurs with a specific game. You might want to test it in Windows mode.

I've tried different settings, but I really don't want to play in a window. Any alternative solutions exist?

Appreciate the update—it's been functioning perfectly. With your 75Hz monitor, should you adjust it to 75 or keep it at 60?

Regardless of your monitor settings, the advice given was to adjust Windows 10 to automatically set the refresh rate. You should match your monitor's refresh rate—possibly 60 Hz or 60 FPS. Consider testing 75, then 60, and if none works, try a different OS.

75 appears to function properly, and since my monitor is only that way, it's best to keep it like this. Appreciate the help!
