Hello everyone. Based on the title, my problem started recently. After a short gaming session (sometimes it doesn't happen), I experience a black screen on both monitors and they shut down immediately. I can still hear sounds on Windows 10, but I can't turn the monitors back on, so I have to restart the PC to fix it.
I've checked my temperatures for the GPU and CPU, everything looks normal. I've tried installing fresh drivers, cleaning dust from the computer, applying new thermal paste, and plugging in the GPU again. If you could assist me, I'd really appreciate it.

GPU: RTX 3070
CPU: R5 5600X
PSU: Corsair 850W
RAM: Corsair RGB 32GB
Which motherboard is used? It appears to display a black screen when not gaming, such as during YouTube viewing or general browsing.
Aorus B550 Elite V2 doesn't have a black screen when idle. It appears only during gameplay after a few minutes, sometimes after about an hour, though it's not consistent. I attempted to refresh the GPU driver using a specific key combination on my monitors, but it didn't work. Could be related to the W10?

Basic tests aren't sufficient. Perhaps more detailed testing is needed.
Last night I switched the PCIE cable and connected my monitor via HDMI instead of DVI (which I usually use). Everything seems okay so far. A discussion online suggested someone resolved a similar issue by altering the PCIE cables. It worked for them, but I need to verify further. I also reduced the OC settings on my GPU. Both adjustments (switching cable and lowering OC) appear to have slightly reduced my overall temperatures (with liquid cooler, CPU and GPU by a few degrees). It's unclear how these factors are linked.
It's strange because I had nothing back then it seems to appear from nowhere...
My temperatures are generally normal, and regarding the incompatibility problem, I wonder why this has become an issue after two years?
I attempted to upgrade the driver and performed a clean install using Display Driver Uninstall. I think I should perform a fresh installation of Windows 10 before changing PCIE cables if this continues in the coming days.

Same here. I haven't made any changes or updated the OS or drivers at all. About 6-7 months ago, I installed a new SSD and did a clean Windows install—it worked well until recently. Temperatures are normal, but I noticed my GPU heating up more during heavy use. It usually reaches around 74-75°C under load, but lately it's been around 80°C. I'm not sure if the increased heat is due to the stress or something else. I also saw the monitor not displaying properly after trying to boot, and sometimes I couldn't get an image on my screen. I didn’t think a faulty PCIE cable was the cause, but it’s possible there could be other issues.
I should also mention that I connected my monitor via displayport instead of DVI, and I’m not sure if a bad DVI port is causing these problems.
80 degrees aren't that bad, not the worst but it's okay at least, honestly. My RTX 3070 always triggered this kind of temperature and never had problems until those last days, so I don't think it's the reason. Possibly it could be the PCIe cable, which is tricky to figure out the exact cause. Today was an exploit—this is the first time I didn't see any black screens while playing 3-4 hours on Seven Days, which is a really intense CPU game. Hopefully it will stay like this.
I also encountered a similar issue.
Inspect your "Event Viewer" in Windows at the moment of the black screen. Are there any of the following errors displayed?
If so, it seems to be a recognized issue with the "Desktop Window Manager," and I haven't found a resolution yet.
