This has been occurring recently, initially I thought it might be related to ICUE software because of an issue with the event viewer's CorsairLLAccess event, which I looked up and turned off, and everything seemed normal. Now it keeps happening again, sometimes while playing games and other times without warning. What bothers me even more is that sometimes if I insert one of my HDMI cables and connect my HDMI to my Valve index, I have to move slowly or else it causes a black screen and increased fan speeds. It doesn’t damage my PC, but it’s really strange. The only solution I’ve seen remotely is placing cardboard in the heat sink, which I won’t try.

Press the Windows key, then Ctrl and Shift together, and hold until the screen flashes black. Then restart the system. Check your motherboard and power supply for updates.

does the 0db fan switch on the PSU turn off automatically? if yes, turning it off could cause the PSU to overheat during gaming. all power cables are connected to the PSU on both sides—both EPS 8 and ATX 4 pins are linked, including the CPU. the power cable to the GPU is connected properly? any adapters are being used? the GPU is located in the upper PCIe port; should I try the other PCIe x16 with the GPU?

0db fan has never been turned on because I don’t need it running, and the cables are all in order—my PSU cables for CPU and GPU are correctly connected, and the original GPU plug was an adapter from my GPU case that split two plugs into one. Something changed and it stopped working, so I replaced it with the cable that came with my power supply, which has a 600w rating. This might have been the reason for previous issues, but now it seems there’s no power problem for the GPU since it receives enough power easily. I can also swap out the PCIe port and test it if needed.
