Hello everyone, seeking your advice on this persistent freezing issue. My setup includes a Windows 10 Pro machine running AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with the listed components. The display works normally thanks to the built-in GPU in the 5700G model. Occasionally it freezes, requiring a reset. I took it to a local shop called Central Computers in SFO Bay, who told me it was due to the "Fast Startup" setting in Windows 10. They disabled that option, but unfortunately, no fix was found. After checking several forums, it seems there are no known solutions for this configuration. I’m really hoping for better results with my PC build. Any suggestions or expertise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It hasn't changed since its initial release in March 2022. The developer likely installed the most recent drivers.

Checked AMD's site for a recent driver update and downloaded it. Consider removing your existing driver to avoid conflicts. The release notes mention issues with the new version.

Changing the drivers caused more issues—display freezes became more common. Returned to the Windows built-in display driver. Freezes now occur 2–3 times each week.

Hi, I checked for a fix to this problem. I’ve been dealing with it since installing the motherboard. After updating BIOS and drivers, I looked for others with the same issue. It’s worth noting your wife has the exact setup and hasn’t experienced any crashes. Have you tried any other ASUs or different models?
