What is the model number and manufacturer of your MSI motherboard? When the CPU debug indicator is illuminated, there appears to be a problem with the processor. Disconnect the CMOS battery, then reset the BIOS settings back to factory defaults. If this doesn't resolve the issue, return the CPU for repair.
