I just updated my desktop but it still crashes, possibly due to the two types of RAM I have. I have 16 GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM and 16 GB of OS Corsair Vengeance 3600MHz RAM. Would it be better to use the NVMe storage for my system?

Ram should function normally, operating at the pace of the slowest component. The PSU might struggle more than expected. Alternatively, its specifications could be a factor. If it's below 600W, it could be at the limit. (unless it's a premium PSU)

Open the event viewer, apply filters for Error, Critical and warning. Check the crash timestamp to identify potential issues. Search for bug check codes or error messages that could indicate the cause. Otherwise, it remains uncertain and relies on assumptions.

Long before I swapped the old dead PSU, it would surge and fail, causing the whole PC to shut down. I believe my graphics card suffered a power surge and needs replacement, but I don’t know until I get home from work at Solado.
