I am trying to instal San Andreas Mod Installer but this error is so hard. I googled all day and didn't maked nothing. Is there any way to make app work ok?

i first located msiexe from system32 (wrong) after that i read from another post online that i should get that file in folder , not sure what future

Did you try to install Microsoft .Net Framework version 1.1? What happened—error alerts, pop-ups, etc.?

I enjoy updating by downloading and installing mods. I put it on clear sa graphick hd, then added santa maria island. After that, I used a modloader pack for cars, including rzl treaner spawn or car spawner cs, with saving game anywhere.cs. I also use a saors manager to add real radio stations. Every cars spawner checks for bad looks and changes accordingly.
I encountered yet another issue I didn’t see in the menu options. I installed the latest silent path, which worked last night. Now I’m not deleting temp files in app data, and the low time solution is working better.

I decided to install the cars manually using a safe mod for quick fixes. I searched Google for the car name and found the GTASA mods, then I got exactly what I needed for that model Admiral or any other I replace the car dff and txd and put it in the modloader folder.
As before: reference for Net 1.1?

I am not a gamer (full disclosure) and will rely on those who are both gamers and work with mods, etc. Overall, I wouldn’t expect the issues to stem from Windows 11 itself.
My idea is to shift this discussion to PC Gaming – someone experienced with the game and mods might offer better advice.
I'm trying to install mods without affecting the mainscm, so I checked a backup and increased the number of cars while doing it. For the latest game, I used the default settings without any Urdu Hindi graphics. It was easier on my eyes and looked better. Some mods stopped working after installing the graphics, so I'm going to check them manually. I really like it being straightforward. 😀
I understud you if i install mods from two or tree difrent authors there are more chanses for errors, i know that.

with no success windows 10 i use , but no way to install on windows10 there tricks for 7 ,No mathere that i dont need anyway if car goes wrong i have to replace txd dff manuly
