Hey there, I’ve got a similar issue with my Samsung G9 Odyssey 1440p. Whenever I power it up, the screen often shows distorted colors—lots of blues and reds, like it’s been through some kind of old-school filter. I’ve tried turning it off and on again, but it still happens. I’m not sure if it’s the monitor itself, the GPU (RX 6800 XT), the DP cable, or a driver problem. It seems like the connection might not be establishing properly when the system wakes up. No idea what’s going on, but I’m hoping someone can help me figure it out!

A visual aid would be useful. But based on what you’re explaining, my initial thought is a cable problem. If you have a different cable or another kind, you might want to try it first.

I posted and instantly thought, "You know, I should have shared a photo right away so everyone could see!" I’ll make sure to capture it next time I power on!
