I came up to the room and the TV indicated no connection to the Roku. I briefly unplugged it, then plugged it back in and it functioned properly, but the native Samsung smart remote can no longer operate the Roku. I pressed the reset button and removed the HDMI cable—it still doesn’t work. What should I do? I searched online, but all the guides seem to focus on connecting the Roku remote to the TV, not the reverse. I’m trying to locate the serial number, though I’m unsure if that’s possible. Also, adding a remote only seems to introduce more Roku remotes.
