Can I run two R5 7600 non-X systems without X CPUs and GPUs using one PSU? I’ve heard that a 4-pin connector can deliver up to 192W, and you can use a splitter to share the cable. With a tier C PSU, should I be safe or could I face issues? I’m familiar with building PCs.

I need more details about the power supply unit you're referring to. Could you specify its make and model? Also, let me know how old it is, and if you'd like suggestions for a similar PSU.

I can't imagine any mediocre-or-worse PSU I'd actually trust for a weird use case like this.
If you're going to power two systems that you care about, then actually do it properly. Janky setups like this are just begging for trouble.

I believe I should proceed, as I was aiming to conserve space but the table is quite large. I can manage with two good PSUs, which is more than what I initially intended.

It's actually the top choice. I usually think that when it comes to power and safety, sticking to traditional methods works best.
