I simply adjusted the settings on my Ryzen 5 1600 to around 3.8Ghz. The BIOS indicates it's operating at 3.8Ghz, but when I use tools like Ryzen Master or CPU ID, it displays 3.4Ghz even under heavy load. MOBO: MSI B350 Tomahawk. P.S.: My RAM, which is 3200MHZ, only functions stably at 3000MHZ with this overclock.

The temperatures are stable, and the BIOS multiplier should be set according to the manufacturer's guidelines. A screenshot of CPU-Z can be shared if needed.

Idle conditions sit around 30-31°C, while under heavy use it boosts to roughly 65c with a multiplier of 1.2875.

I inquired regarding the CPU clock speed multiplier, not the voltage.

I noticed the changes happening rapidly. It seems the system is fluctuating between versions.
