I adjusted the memory speed to 3000 MHz using Ryzen Master, but when I restarted the system it didn’t boot properly—only the lights and fans activated. The CPU debug indicator appeared. Any advice? Specs: Ryzen 7 2700 (non-x) @4.1 GHz, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB MSI B450, Tomahawk Sapphire Pulse Vega 56.

Disable the CMOS battery, enter the BIOS settings, and turn on XMP/DOCP support.
