What cooling option do you have? A modest cooler won't handle a 12-core processor well, though it might cause excessive underclocking and instability.

The voltage remains stable during idle. At full CPU load, it increases accordingly.

Set auto mode, launch HWInfo64, execute a CPU stress test and observe the voltage changes. It will decrease noticeably during heavy workloads. This behavior is typical because AMD permits higher voltages for the CPU when it's lightly loaded, allowing faster cores to operate more efficiently than a full-core boost. Undervolting actually reduces performance, which is normal.

Prime 95 is available at no cost. Perform the Blend test or use large FFTs. Skip small FFTs as they are inefficient and not practical.
