Running on a Gigabyte B850m DS3H Rev1 board with F7 BIOS, Ecomode turned off and PBO activated. The processor stays within its maximum limits in both Windows 11 and Linux Mint. Both operating systems are set to performance mode. Temperatures remain under 50°C and power consumption never exceeds 48W. Need assistance? Thank you.

Did you check the core status with Ryzen Master? Are you testing performance or generating a workload to improve CPU speed?

I didn't adjust any settings in the BIOS during that session. I've reset it back to Optimized Defaults to check the standard baseline.

Thank you for your response. No need for Ryzen Master installed. I tested Cinebench R23 with HWinfo64 on Windows. On Linux, I relied on Geekbench. Recently noticed thermal throttling (HTC) and PROCHOT EX.

I began with standard configurations until I noticed the problem. I switched back to defaults. Now I've identified Thermal Throttling (HTC) and (PROCHOT EX).

I found the frequency using Ryzen Master, which displays accurate core information. Thermal throttling suggests you may need improved cooling. The 2.57 GHz reading appears modest; I’m unsure about your cooling system like a case or fans.

I only modified the PBO since it wasn't functioning properly.

No issues detected. The image was captured during Cinebench execution, achieving a 1100 multicore score.
