Hey! I've got a setup with a Ryzen 7 3800X, an AMD Reference 6700XT, and 32GB of 3600MHz RAM all on my ROG B550-F board. The main issue is a noticeable stutter, especially when playing BeamNG.drive at high settings or Minecraft with normal settings and chunk loading. I initially thought I was overloading the system, but it’s clear this isn’t typical behavior. I’ve disabled all overclocking settings—except for a DOCP profile I didn’t fully understand—and reset the BIOS. After that, a 3DMark test showed the CPU never exceeded 4199.02MHz. I’m sharing some screenshots and my benchmark results in case they’re useful. Let me know if you need more details!

It could be your motherboard or Ryzen 3800X interacting strangely with the 3600MHz RAM speed. You might want to test the RAM at 3200MHz to find a better performance.

That's what you're expecting in terms of performance now.
