I'm not sure about that. You could check comparison videos on YouTube. I think a 10600k should be similar or better than a 9700k, plus it would be more future ready. CPUs don't impact performance as much as GPUs do in games unless your CPU is really bad, which can ruin the experience. All the CPUs you mentioned are more than enough to avoid slowing things down and are too powerful for those titles.
