The issue you're encountering seems complex and persistent. It appears the system is experiencing irregular performance, fluctuating between 50 and 65°C within a minute, which could indicate overheating or hardware instability. This behavior might suggest a deeper problem rather than a simple error.

You could be using low-quality thermal paste first. Also, ignore the Event Viewer alerts—just focus on whether your CPU is working properly. It’s okay as long as everything runs smoothly.

Is there a problem with the relay life? It seems like it might be stuttering, but I’m not concerned. The 50c-65c idle range is typical because of the high idle voltage; you can reduce it by applying negative voltage offset in bio.s. You can look up more details online if needed.

I suspect poor thermal paste because it doesn’t reach 80°C. Issues appear in both the event viewer and hwmonitor.

Hardware issue detected. It's best to send it while the warranty is active.

Spoiler as Patrick Barker mentions here.

First, set your BIOS to default. If the problem persists, proceed with these additional checks: Use diagnostic tools to examine CPU, motherboard, hardware, and memory. For memory testing, try Memtest86+ (link provided).

For the CPU and motherboard, consider these resources:
- CPU download: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/cpu...nload.html
- CPU info: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/hwi...nload.html
- GPU support: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-100
- Core Temp details: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/cor...1-rc1.html

Also verify voltage stability and clock settings using the listed tools. Don’t overlook your hard drives—check them here: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/cry...nload.html.

Regarding the Ryzen chip, if it’s entering turbo mode, you can disable Power Management options in Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Advanced settings > Processor power management. Set Maximum processor state to 99% to prevent turbo activation.

I'm still using it mostly because I can't rely on a laptop for weeks. The warranty is about six months, so I'll look for a suitable timeframe. I'll update once I submit it for the warranty. Under regular use, there are no problems at all.
