The 5600G offers superior integrated graphics compared to the Intel option. I’d choose it for that reason.

The 5600G's integrated GPU (Vega 7) outperforms the 11500's integrated GPU (UHD 750). Grab the 5600G!

It handles multi-threaded tasks very well. The R5 5600G offers a stronger integrated GPU and uses less power, though it lacks PCIe Gen 4 support—something that might suit certain high-speed storage needs. Overall, its value depends on the total system budget.

PCIe 4.0 offers little benefit for 1080p30 video editing since the bandwidth is only around 3 Gbps, roughly 375 MB/s. A standard SATA drive should easily manage it.
