Can you check the device manager for any missing driver indicators like an !? Also, could you visit the mobo site and reinstall the date chipset drivers? I've tried everything before, the drivers are up to date, but at least the overclock works in games.

i have the same issue as the original poster.
has the exact same problem.
ryzen 1600, msi b350 tomahawk, 16gb corsair vengeance lpx at 3200 (runs at 2800 with a-xmp profile, 2933 wouldn't work).
gtx 1080, bios shows the overclock but windows doesn't recognize it.
if it helps, using the software "ryzen master" seems to work, though bios won't accept it as overclocked.
