I saw a video suggesting the Ryzen 4000 "Zen3" chips are coming out in large quantities. This might indicate they could be unveiled around mid-August to early September.

AMD just announced the XT chips, which means we might not see the 4000 until the autumn season.

Amper is expected to drop in September, avoiding any delays. Rdna2 might be coming later in 2020, though rumors suggest it could appear in late 2020. The launch was planned for September. I don’t think it would be widely available until the end of the year. The pandemic has caused many delays.
