Limit at 142W, but you're staying within it since you're already near the cap. The clocks look a bit higher when PBO is off—maybe it's wiser to cap CPU power and reduce PPT instead of sticking with a fixed voltage/clock overclock. That depends on cooling too. From a power standpoint, a powerful air cooler or a larger water cooler should handle it well.

The clock remains steady at the same position once prime95 kicks in; that was a fast snapshot. The main advantage comes from the increased speed on the high-frequency cores when using PBO—meaning I can actually reach 4.6GHz (though even with the BIOS updated to abba, it won’t work without PBO). At least on my system.
My setup includes a NZXT Kraken x72 with a 360mm AIO, and my Ryzen reaches 95°C even when under heavy use.
I’m used to running my 3900x with the Captain 240 Pro AIO (240mm) in the NZXT H510i Elite. The case isn’t very good at cooling because of the sealed front panel, and during the prime95 stress test, the CPU never exceeded 72°C. I set up this build last week and noticed many people reporting their CPUs hitting 95°C. Probably a bit too high for me, so I’m relieved my temps are within normal range. P.S.: My RAM is X570, PBO is active, and no manual overclocking was done.
