Check for updated motherboard bios if available. Test with alternative PSUs.

test lossless or stress tests? I have a spare 1660 Super I could try.
I'll try a BIOS update, but I don't have a spare PSU.

Hi maybe it's worth spending on a higher wattage PSU, at least 850 watts or up to 1000 watts. This gives you enough headroom since your GPU can use up to 250 watts when overclocked or under load. Just a thought. I've used 1000 watt and above PSUs in my gaming PC builds without any power problems. Your PSU is the most critical part of your build. It's best not to cut corners. Cheers.
