Ryzen 5600 stock cooler paired with RX 6600, 32GB RAM, 3200MHz CPU, 500GB SSD, 1TB SSD, PSU 850W, bronze build. Most games I test only experience stuttering. XMP profile is enabled but SAM remains disabled. In BIOS I switched games and tried Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019, Warzone 2, Saints Row: The Third, Remastered GTA V, GTA IV, and Fortnite.
