The RX 580 driver needs to be completely reinstalled each time I want to play Forza Horizon 4.
When I attempt to run Forza Horizon 4 without entering safe mode and reinstalling the same graphics card driver, the game consistently crashes. However, after completing these steps, I am able to play for extended periods at 1080p with all settings set to ultra and a frame rate of 60fps (limited by my monitor). Does anyone have a definitive solution to this issue? Here are my system specifications:
Windows 10 Pro
ASRock Pro4 B450
Ryzen 3 3200G (with stock cooler)
RX 580 XXX edition
16GB Corsair Vengeance memory (2x8) at 2400mhz
Thermalake 430w power supply

Additionally, how old is that 430 Watt Thermalake power supply?
Revise your message to incorporate comprehensive equipment details and operating system information. Examine the dependability record: Research any error codes that appear just before or align with game failures. Describe these errors. You may also locate errors through the Event Viewer – although less intuitive, it can provide useful data.
The system log indicates a software malfunction, specifically an Application Error (Event ID 1000), occurring during game instability.

Also, how long has that 430 Watt Thermalake power supply been in use?
I completed all tasks except reinstalling the application (Forza Horizon 4). I plan to attempt that. My power supply unit is a recent purchase, approximately one week old. Thank you.
