Have you confirmed your Apex Legends configurations? Also, your Firestrike rating seems a bit low for a RTX 4070, though it doesn’t necessarily mean the game will perform poorly.
I've tested other games too, but they also struggle with performance. The benchmark scores seem acceptable, yet they don't actually work well in the actual games.
I'm not confident about checking the UEFI settings myself. I've confirmed the apex value, but it's still not working well. I guess it might be a bit too low.
