Hi there,
My RTX 3080 FE has been getting quite hot lately, with temperatures consistently near 91 degrees and fans spinning at around 4000 rpm when under load. It really feels like a jet engine in the room.

I followed this guide here using the same thermal pads (Gelid GP-Extreme 2.0mm and 3.0mm) and paste (Arctic MX-4). The memory junction temperatures have dropped noticeably—from about 85 to 60 degrees—but the core GPU temperature hasn’t changed much. I’ve also tried under-volting, but it didn’t lower the temps. The room temperature is only around 17 degrees, and leaving the side panels off my case doesn’t seem to help either.

Any suggestions to bring down the temperatures?

For context, can you pass on the specs to your entire build? Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
What sort of ambient room air temps are you experiencing? As for the case, please include the make and model of your fans, the number of fans in case and their orientation.
