I noticed your root disk is struggling due to recent updates. Whenever you switch Ubuntu from desktop mode to server mode, it loads a lot of data and can overload the system. Try checking disk usage, updating only necessary packages, and consider using a lightweight distribution if needed.

Using basic sudo apt autoremove might help temporarily by deleting unused packages. This can free up space and resolve conflicts.
