Previously, this functioned correctly.

Whenever I attempt to initiate GTA 5, the Rockstar Launcher pops up, yet it fails to connect to Rockstar Services and ceases loading.

I experienced this issue previously, so I removed the game temporarily in anticipation that Rockstar Games would address it.

I've attempted multiple solutions, including checking the game’s data via Steam and manually reinstalling the Rockstar Launcher. I have also reinstalled the game roughly three times, but the issue persists.

My computer specifications are as follows:
CPU:AMD Ryzen 5 2600 with 6 cores and 12 threads, running at a base clock of 3.4 GHz and overclocked to 3.95 GHz
RAM:16GB at 3000MHz
GPU:XFX RX 590 Fatboy with 8GB VRAM
PSU:VS550 Watt
Storage:128GB SSD, 1TB HDD, and a 320GB HDD

Attempt to remove the game, subsequently delete the Rockstar Games folder located within the Documents folder on OneDrive cloud. Afterwards, reinstall the game and check to see if this resolves the issue.

There’s one final consideration: it’s experiencing difficulty replacing files within the main cloud directory. If this persists, investigating that area should be a logical first step.
