The right earbud is not functioning properly.
When I inserted my two earbuds into the charging case, the left one was charging normally (a red dot appeared), but the right one wasn’t. The right one’s dot lit up for 10 seconds before turning off, then a white dot began blinking. After removing the right earbud from the case, there were no dots and it didn’t work at all. The left one still functioned properly. What’s happening and how can I fix this?
What is the make and model of these earbuds? That would have been useful.
