PC: Dell Optiplex 7010
BIOS: Legacy
OS: Windows 10, Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044
Printer: Ricoh SP 213w
Hello everyone,
I just installed a new toner cartridge and the first two pages printed, but now printing stopped.
I also installed the new PCL6 driver.
The printing preferences message reads:
'Failed to start Smart Organising Monitor, please install Smart Organising Monitor'.
This should have appeared in the driver download package.
I attempted to upload a photo, but the site only accepts URLs or text.
Anyone have advice? Thanks.

The Smart Organising Monitor is a distinct package, located under the "Utility" section beside the "Printer Driver" tab on the downloads page.

Hi
I’ve been working with a different printer lately.
Back to where I left off.
The printer won’t print even though it follows the normal steps.
I uploaded photos to Imgur.com as recommended.
Then I attempted to register via Imgur.com > Message, but received the error: 'Email Signup not possible in your region'.
Could you suggest another way to attach the photos?
Thank you.

I cannot upload the photos, so I will provide a description instead.
To check the devices and printers, hover over the printer icon. It displays ✔Default > Status: Offline or Status: Not connected.
