I've been trying to get more control over my RGB settings. I downloaded OpenRGB and experimented with it. This helped me observe some differences:
My three RGB devices—GPU, RAM, and AIO Cooling—show distinct colors when I change the shades.
The hardware in use is:
Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360
Corsair Vengeance Pro - DDR4-3600
ASUS ROG STRIX 3080 10G OC LHR
MSI B550 GAMING PLUS
The Freezer is connected to the JRAINBOW2 header on the motherboard.
For example, I set each device to a uniform light blue color. The RAM displays it accurately. The GPU appears more greenish, while the AIO cooling looks more white than blue. (I noticed that with the AIO, colors often don’t match properly, turning green into orange or red into purple/blue.)
Anyone have an idea about what’s happening? How can I make all the colors appear consistent across the system? Is it because each device has its own unique LED lighting?
Have you considered using a single program for everything?

I'm not sure if it recognizes GPU, but I expect others won't.
Using several programs might lead to conflicts.
My fans generally prefer other RGB options here.
I have a similar setup with Corsair RAM, Arctic Cooler, and a GPU that doesn't work with any software. I changed the Arctic fans just for fun and now have more RGB programs.
Are you using Mystic Light?

I'm not sure it's the JRAINBOW slot that's causing the issue.

It seems the JRAINBOW headers on my mainboard are ARGB, which is where the AIO is connected. I'm also using OpenRGB to manage the RGB, but I plan to try SignalRGB next! It looks a bit more complex though, so I'll explore that. I won't be using Mystic Light.
I used signalrgb recently and it seems like it might be the issue. It could be linked to other problems I'm facing. My RGB settings are all corrupted, and red appears pink while everything else works. I think Corsair is involved, but my MB software probably can't detect RAM properly either.
I suspect that in the case for my GPU, the rgb cover might be tinted in some way that it doesn't look right. Either that or it's broken.
For the AIO however, I'm really unsure what is causing the colors to not look right. I think it is all correctly plugged in. The fans are daisy chained by default so there wasn't a lot that I had to do. There is one male connector left in the chain that I don't really know what to do with - I suspect it's just a leftover?
I just found the answer for the Pink issue—it was Icue. When you change it to red, it would shift to a different color than R255. All I had to do was set a value in the RGB field and it stayed that way... I wish I knew this much earlier. I started searching for a solution.
This also happens with orange and Blue.
Where was the connector? I don’t have a 3, but I think there shouldn’t be extra connectors. The fans are linked together and plug into the longer cable running down the air tube to the Pump. Then you connect it to PWM and ARGB (JRAINBOW). I can’t check mine anymore since it’s been changed. Now I’m using only one cable, or else the radiator wouldn’t work at all.

It covers about half my RAM and fills the gaps.
I’m not sure if every maker uses the same LED, which can cause differences. It makes mixing tricky.
Also, ARGB lights might not show the correct colors even with the same hex codes. On my RAM, lime green looks like yellow, but on my Lian LI it’s green.
Another possibility is that having two different colors next to each other on RAM sticks can distort the color. My red looked pink because of blue nearby; changing it to lime green made it look more like the others, though still not as dark.
But the second reason mainly affects me—not an entire AIO appearing white.
The only solution that works for me is dimming their brightness almost completely. I did this on the middle two sticks and made the RAM all red.
All AMD = All Red. Makes sense.
