This issue began recently without any BIOS or hardware modifications. When the PC powers down, the motherboard's RGB lights remain illuminated. Additionally, the CPU cooler connected to the ARGB header stays on even when idle. I attempted to reset to the default BIOS settings and then re-enabled the custom changes (XMP profile, SATA hot-swap, silent/fast speeds). The behavior remains unchanged. Anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

EDIT/UPDATE: I reset to BIOS defaults with no difference, and it still works as expected (version 4.30). I updated to this version roughly a month and a half ago.

I explored the BIOS options in the advanced section and discovered the "TURN ON LED IN S5 STATE" option, which surprised me since I hadn’t altered it before. It seems odd because I was certain it would have turned off during sleep, and this behavior persisted even after the BIOS update. Honestly, it’s puzzling why it stays active when resetting to default settings.
