I own fans that fail to activate with any software on my PC. I've reset Windows but nothing has improved. I'm planning a replacement soon and need a fix now. They worked before using Signal RGB; it stopped completely one day. Now all connectors are plugged in, and the only way to see lights is through the case controller that came with the case. In the video you showed lights when the controller was in motherboard sync mode, then switched it to case mode.
