I’ve bought and sent back these thermal right fans repeatedly, but each time something goes wrong. I’m not sure if the issue is with the computer or something else!

Are you connecting both input ports for the RGB controller and the fan?

ARGB fans and I connected both cables. A few days ago I bought new fans to complete my case. I connected them to a hub, but the RGB didn’t activate even though the fans spun. The next day I bought three more fans and plugged them into another hub. I used one of the three, but its RGB failed. Two of the three stopped working immediately, while the RGB stayed on. I’m not sure if the broken fan is affecting the others.

Are you skipping the fan hub or the RGB hub entirely?

Certainly not, though it seems the issue could stem from a broken fan.
