The restart action isn't fully resetting the system.
I have the DxDiag file attached for your reference. Occasionally I encounter this issue, but whenever an update or restart is required, Windows displays a black "Restarting" screen. The keyboard LEDs and StreamDeck XL turn off and back on, but the screen remains black until I press the power button and shut it down. After that, it restarts normally. I've checked Event Viewer under Windows Logs > Security, but didn't find anything. Tried updating NVIDIA graphics, checking Windows updates, but nothing resolved it. Anyone else experienced this and found a solution? DxDiag 3-12-23.txt
I checked Event Viewer and found those registration errors. The server addresses didn’t connect properly with DCOM within the expected time. Have others encountered these issues? Where might I find help interpreting them?
