my reaction time began to decline first, after extended play sessions now it drops immediately when starting. it worsens when cpu usage is high; responsiveness falls sharply with i7 6700k up to 4.4ghz. never reached that level before and was only overclocked briefly. voltage stayed around 1.2-1.3 before temperatures hit 60-80°C during gaming. the GTX 1070 Z170 Pro with 16GB RAM is running smoothly, but i installed Windows on another SSD to test for software issues, though nothing changed. the problem started a few days ago and gradually intensified, beginning with lag during mid-game.

it was a configuration in my bios that I didn’t recognize, and after resetting it, my computer functioned normally with usage dropping from 90-100% to around 40-50%. I’ve adjusted a couple of settings each time to identify the issue, but it’s taking a while to pinpoint the exact setting. If you know which one caused the problem, please let me know—this is taking a long time to resolve.
