in short i purchased the psu at the beginning of the cryptoboom. now i'm assembling the pc and noticed the setup differs from what i expected—there are fewer pcie and cpu cables than before, but more 6+2 and 4+4 connections. my 7900xtx requires three 6+2 cables, so i need to check if a replacement is available or if it's covered under warranty.

You might examine their existing portfolio; Corsair
www.corsair.com
or alternatively, you could have a tailored cable collection designed for your PSU.

Is this correct? The page mentions a PCIe 3 port with all types of 3-pin out, but another site states that a PSU labeled as type 4 is compatible with the cable.
