Hello everyone! I got a new PC case for Christmas and while relocating my parts, I also did a fresh Windows install. The move was smooth and everything seemed to work well. While setting up a game on Steam, I accidentally pressed the restart button and the computer restarted. After it booted up, I opened Steam and noticed an error message, so I restarted the download again. Once that finished, a strange screen appeared on the lower part of my monitor with a red power switch icon. I pressed it out of curiosity—it lit up and displayed a pyramid effect along with other symbols. Anyone know what this is? I’m a bit confused and would really appreciate any guidance.

Consider a fresh Windows installation if you need a clean start after using the wipe.

You might have used unauthorized software or malicious updates during the installation. Even basic apps can sometimes be compromised if not properly verified.
