Several months ago, I purchased this mouse. It’s detected by my computer, however, it isn't illuminating or functioning correctly. Could someone offer assistance?

I attempted that method, and I contacted Redragon via email. They provided me with a firmware update, and the issue is now resolved successfully.

I'm experiencing the identical issue. My Windows system produces a beep, but it’s ineffective on my computer and other machines as well. The RGB lighting isn't activating either. What’s the solution?
