I’ve reviewed the details and based on your requirements, here are some suitable options. With your focus on water cooling and budget around $550, you might consider the Gigabyte B550 or the MSI MEG 16. Both fit within your price range and offer solid performance for overclocking. If RGB is a priority, look for models with white or silver accents. For audio, ensure the board supports good sound quality and connectivity. These choices balance your needs while staying within budget.

This product is essentially a gaming motherboard with the X299 design, similar to Gaming 9 but without LED lighting. There are some technical differences, though they're minor. I should note I'm not a big Gigabyte supporter, but I've been recommending it often in this discussion. They just create great X299 boards.

It looks interesting! I'll look into it further tonight. Are you looking for any motherboards under one gigabyte?

However, everything is an E-ATX MEG Creation Rampage 6 x299. Darkly, this means it doesn’t match the E-ATX specs either. One reason I chose Aorus Gaming 9 earlier was that.

I’m heading back tonight to build a cardboard motherboard for testing. The problem isn’t with the case, but with the distribution block.

Is this a particular distribution restriction? Let's skip that and focus on a broader setup. Most premium overclocking hardware uses EATX or bigger form factors, particularly with large sockets like TR and LGA3647.

It depends on the specific situation. I really enjoy the case and it fits well in my setup. Returning them would feel wrong since I love the case. I’m open to using ATX and an under‑par ASUS board if necessary, just to secure the best choices.

Which model are you referring to? I own a Corsair Crystal 460 and needed to remove the power button and front USB to install 360 Rad. Thanks for the tip!
