At launch you see a standard splash, then a simple sequence showing the logos, but then... this is the real menu. Returning to Lego Marvel means checking the DLC or Season Pass pages, yet nothing changes once you click. It feels like they only care about selling extra stuff right when the game drops. The button presses do nothing except confirm you can pay more for unnecessary content on the release day. Maybe the placement shifts once the Season Pass arrives, but it seems pointless and confusing. The third option is just more of the same nonsense. The title screen should have been there from the start, with a clear DLC view option—something common in other titles. Still, having extra content removed at launch feels like a missed opportunity and a waste of potential. The gaming scene is letting me down.
Regrettably, I didn't expect this to happen. This is the result of pre-ordering. It's a bit disappointing, isn't it?
I'm working hard to launch my game company, just landed a developer job, and now I just need my lazy friend to start coding with me.
