It's completely terrible. I own it for PS3, but I tried playing on my PC. Superb graphics, smooth 60FPS, no Vsync. Frostbite engine, massive input lag. A huge handicap system—AI can react in fractions of a second, but if you mess up and crash the car, it’ll be way ahead. Performance is shaky; not using the full GPU power means it drops to 30FPS even when it looks fast.

Locked at 30 frames per second, as I recall. Received the promotional ad in my email yesterday. Just removed it, hehe. No problem.

I maintain 60 frames per second at 1080P resolution. Raising the settings a bit makes the performance drop significantly. The game feels low quality, so I switch to Burnout Paradise. NFSMW is derived from it but struggles considerably with those changes.
