I've already tried reinstalling it multiple times, fixed it several times using the uninstall option, turned off the firewall and antivirus, changed the USB port, and forced the services manually. It stopped functioning about a week ago, and the macro feature is crucial to me. I'm looking for any solution that might help, even though this isn't a Razer forum. Hopefully someone else has encountered the same issue and found a fix.

It often comes down to whether the macros themselves contain the right information or if it's about how well you can apply them. With so many macro tools available, choosing the right one can make a big difference.

On the mouse… I notice the issue. Using a keyboard is straightforward, but with a mouse it’s more challenging. Does the whole system fail or is it limited to a single component or a specific feature?

The mouse functions flawlessly, yet the synapse app remains completely unresponsive. I've tested numerous solutions.

Have you checked a Windows setup as the likely cause? Perhaps updating Windows could help.

Are you considering a complete Windows reinstall? That could be expensive and time-consuming.

A new setup is needed. You're likely referring to a clean installation. (This isn't necessarily a bad approach. You know what works best.) It performs a full reinstall only on certain static components of Windows. Preserves everything else. A simple process with one button. Updated February 21, 2023 by Bombastinator
