Mic is too quiet to notice, yet it seems fine in the synapse app before I reset my PC a second time, but now only mic monitoring works—not the mic preview. Windows and Discord recognize the mic, but the sound is almost inaudible even at full volume. I’ve verified all three privacy settings are enabled, the mic isn’t muted in sound settings, and everything is set to maximum volume. After resetting my PC, it stopped working again, and even after a driver reset, it still doesn’t function. I’ve also tried updating the firmware via Synapse, but nothing helped. I’m running Windows 10 Pro with 32GB RAM, an i7-7700k processor at 4.2GHz, 1070 resolution, and the Razer Kraken Tournament edition gaming headset with USB audio controller (black) that supports THX spatial audio.

I saw that in the Device Manager, there were items linked to the Razer controller for Sound, video, and game controllers rather than Audio inputs/outputs or Audio Processing Objects.
