Good morning,
When Razer Synapse is launched, the first key fails to work on my Huntsman v2 Tenkeyless keyboard. Closing Synapse restores normal operation. I’ve removed all profiles and macros, and the issue has persisted for weeks. I’ve tried numerous fixes from web searches and Razer forums.

I deleted every driver, reinstalled Synapse3 and tried Synapse4, used Razer’s clean driver removal tool, and even remapped the 1 key to the 2 key on the keyboard. Still, it only triggers with the 1 key—no other keys are affected. Sticky keys and window keyboard settings are disabled, and no other software is mapping keys.

I’m facing a really frustrating problem that has lasted several months, and I’ve used all available resources.
Please help me.

Windows 11, Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200
11th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-11900F @ 2.50GHz
32gb DDR4

Sorry, this didn't resolve the problem. I managed to put it into demo mode (it wasn't there) and then back into normal operation. However, the key still doesn't function when Synapse is active. Appreciate the effort.

If you attempted it on another system, determine whether the issue stems from the software or the keyboard firmware.

Razer Support's suggestion implies there may be an issue, particularly because customization isn't possible.

I managed to connect the keyboard to an office PC and set up Synapse there too. It looks like the problem is limited to just the keyboard + Synapse combination, since I can recreate it on another PC as well. It doesn’t appear there are any firmware updates available for manual download from the Razer website for this keyboard.
