This seems a bit odd at first, but I'm here to assist. Upgrading my RAM recently (from 16GB to 32GB) worked fine, and I changed the XMP profile in the BIOS to profile 1, which improved performance. After that adjustment, my LED lights for the radiator fans and CPU cooler stayed on even when in sleep or power-off mode. I'm pretty sure this was due to the XMP setting being enabled, and I double-checked the BIOS options for turning off LEDs during sleep. The CPU cooler is a PCS FrostFlow 240 Series ARGB liquid cooler, and I'm relieved it's functioning as expected. The lights only turned off during shutdown now. It's a bit frustrating, but I understand it might be an issue with the BIOS or settings. The rest of my system specs are solid: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, GIGABYTE B550 motherboard, 32GB RAM, RTX 3060, and the cooler is working well. No urgent issues here, just a minor hiccup I need to sort out. Thanks for your help!

Remove the CMOS battery, then connect the RAM one at a time, power on the system. Dust accumulation in the slots or damaged pins might also be the cause. Refer to the Dell RAM troubleshooting guide for testing steps. Mobile devices typically follow this process.
