This setup seems unusual. I own four Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM modules, but when all four are installed, the system fails with a POST error and no VGA signal. At first, it worked with an ASUS B350-F Gaming motherboard, GTX 1060 graphics card, and a 650W PSU. Now I'm using an ASUS Prime B450 Plus MB, GTX 1070, and a 750W PSU, and the same issue occurs. With just three sticks of RAM (any combination), it functions properly, though I only have 24GB instead of the expected 32GB. Since I've already checked the RAM, motherboard, graphics, and power supply, what might be causing this? NB. I've tested at default speeds and haven't overclocked.

Have you verified the RAM specifications match the motherboard? Is the BIOS version current?

BIOS is fully current (including the B350 model) and ASUS confirms RAM works with it as well.
